After going through my reference material on enameled badges and pins I think this is not pre 1945. I have never seen a screw back enameled Nazi badge.

This looks like a post war fantasy piece.

I have never seen one like this before either. It looks fairly old and authentic though..

With all due respect, new badges are easily aged to look authentic. I remember a load of different types of enamel badges being shown on the forums a while back and this looks to be one of them, all deemed fantasy items, but we will wait for comments from others. I could, of course, be wrong.
