Those are early uniforms for the female labor service, at the time known as the Deutscher Frauenarbeitsdienst.
Deutscher Frauenarbeitsdienst, is correct as what HPL2008 says. It is the precursor for the RADwJ
(Reichsarbeitsdienst weibliche Jugend).
Photo is possibly about 1934/1935. The diamond upon the upper left arm is their symbol.
The black armband is for mourning, but I cannot read any letter for the worn cuffband. It is said it could be
for the district (Bezirk), but about that I have not ever seen any evidence or specific regulation!
Thank you again guys! I love this forum!
Hello yarmouth: is it possible you enlarge the cuffband from the standing girl,
second right (see enclosed image), as best as possible. Maybe I can identify!
Thanks for the wonderful knowledge.
Would they be in mourning for a fellow worker?
bravo. Andreas is a gifted man.
