Looks like it was only around for a small time, after Franz Burri started it in protest from the National Movement of Switzerland (NBS) and founded the National Socialist Schweizerbund..he was arrested by the Swiss police with 130 of the members and then fled to the Reich ..summery from that page , for non German speakers

I already am informed about it by PM.
Both shields are the symbol for the Deutsch-Österreichische Vereinigung in Südamerika (Hitler-Bewegung),
Landesgruppe Argentinien. The eagle was the symbol for an invitation (Einladung).
