They are 3KWHW-RSS Tag der Wehrmacht donation badges, there were three in the set, you have number one and three (T472 and T474). They were distributed on 28/29.3.42 by the NSKOV, NSRKB, DRK and the RTB.

I believe that there are three in this set, so here is a pic of mine (Towards the bottom left of the pic) I love this because they are decorative and still cheap to buy
