WHW Plastic Donation Tinnie (flag series)

I know this is a Plastic Donation Tinnie (flag series), Back: Nebeltruppe 1 S a,
Flag off Regiment Nebeltruppe
Purple color with with an iron cross in the center, wreath in the center with an eagle inside placed over an iron cross. Does anyone know the year for this plastic flag ?

There were 20 badges within this series in total. The were provided as tokens for a donation on the "Tag der Wehrmacht" on 16th and 17th of March 1940. They are as follows:

I believe they operated smoke and rocket artillery systems on the main.
