Good Reichsbahn Belt Buckle ?

I bought this :
Size is 2 7/16 " x 1 13/16 " - 6.2 cm sur 4.6 cm / and métal is Nickel

Not marqued but leather is Berg & Nolte.

the hooks were cut

Buckle is original and could be an unmarked Assmann buckle, prongs have been replaced or as you said cut, the tab does not belong to he buckle, it was added at some point, that belongs on a steel Heer buckle. When it was added who knows, period done, post war?

Still a nice buckle and the tab has some value.
