Good day friends ! Today came the buckle senior Reichsbahn in zinc , which we discussed earlier. The seller I wrote that the buckle is fake and pointed to loose casting places , as well as a strange fastener . The seller replied that the buckle is his original and if he prove that it is false only then he will return the money.... Guys, am asking all mouth its opinion on this issue in terms of authenticity or forgery. Places that loose I don't like I pointed circled in red. The buckle anyway should be gilded or a golden coating.
There are no traces of this! Don't come with it got off.
What you call fastener is just a bogus thing attached.

The argument you should be making to the seller is "Prove it is original".

He is the seller. It is his responsibility (if he is honest) to ensure that items are original.

You already have a number of items pointed out showing that it is not similar to other textbook examples. What has he said about this? What has he said to prove it is original?
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

My opinion as a buyer in this case, it does not take into account at all. The seller writes that the buckle that was discussed in the local forum and the opinions of alleged experts were divided in half . So he wants to be proven otherwise...

I think he just made the case for you. So 50% of the opinions on the local forum said it was fake and he has the nerve to sell the item as 100% original? He should have disclosed this when he was selling the item.

Is he a dealer or a private seller? If a dealer I would politely inform him that you will post all of your correspondence and finding on many public forums and that this could hurt his business and that you will continue to do this over and over. If he is private seller that sold it via a forum classified section I would report him. But that is just me.

Let the seller prove the buckle is original.
What it is, is that it is not a correct buckle.
Ask him why it isn't gilded or gold coated!

This is from the official 1941 regulation:

I don't want to bring to it yet , I try that he understood and made the correct decision and only.

Just gold plated and do not bother me . I've lifted things with zinc where gilding completely gone over time. I'm more worried about the potholes and cast of the cavity , which I have marked in red. The clasp actually the question is not - he is not from that pray at all, and it was evident at once.
