A small selection of the most interesting RLB (Reichs Luftschutz Bund) and the SHD (Sicherheits und Hilfs Dienst) buckles.

Hello all,
I was once the proud owner of a zinc version of the RLB Overhoff buckle. There was no trace of silver paint on it. I foolishly sold it. I have never seen one since.

Ah - the zinc O & C RLB ! As you can see, I have shown a zinc SHD, although the zinc RLB to date eludes me. Perhaps I have seen 3 of these buckles in the last 10 years. I missed one last year due to the seller forgetting that this buckle was within a group that I collected !! It is only a matter of time though !!!
