Hello. In your opinion, is the belt Reichsmarine? The hook is not magnetic.

I am no expert but I would have thought there would be an imperial eagle if Reichsmarineand not just a M. Others will be around for additional comments.

I think I have seen Maury & Co. on Luger pistol holsters. Maybe find some holster examples around 1930 to compare. The 'M' could be related to the company logo, or Reichsmarine. Will be interested to know.

If it was Navy it should have the Imperial eagle over the M

Yes Ben. but I've seen buckles without the Imperial eagle, though there was the anchor, but M is exactly the same.A lot more mysteries.
