personnally, i do not like this buckle at all, because of the shape of the claws, the very thin thickness of the brass and the rather small solder spots

I think it is one of the fakes of different kinds of buckles that appeared in the 80s

I am not a fan of the buckle to be honest, I am at work at mo and need to have a look at my archives at home, but for me initially looks are not good
