To be honest, Markus, I don't like it.
I assume it is a casted repro roundel, and I would expect a die stamped nickle silver roundel on originals. How does the roundel looks like by viewing through the catch?
You can find a tons of them in Kassel. They were all soldered on post war boxes. The seller is offering them on every fair. Have a look in November!

I agree with Guido that the subject "Scharnhorstbund" buckle is indeed a fake. A clever fake actually and most convincing when seen artificially aged, distressed, coloured or toned down.
This is I think not a particularly rare or even overtly desirable buckle and yet, is the subject of those intent on trying to yet again, deceive the collecting community.
Attached are images of a buckle which (hopefully) was or is, the inspiration of this dangerously common fake.
