The Vogel buckle is made by Hohmann & Son in Kaiserslautern 1913

The one with the rune is a (I think) shortened brass buckle with no makers mark (my German is very rusty, lived there for 5 years in the military but left in 1992 )

Could somebody possibly provide an accurate translation into English ? I for one am unable to grasp the exact translation.

David, I think it goes something like "next similar old catch, look"

From the context of the previous page "the buckle is similar with an old catch" thats what the text I believe is refering to
