    WOW! Lucky find !! It obviously was from WW 1 - or even earlier.

    I think you will find it is Austian army issue W.W.1.

    Panzer 3 is absolutely correct, WW1 period, stamped one piece KuK Army, (Austro-Hungarian, dual monarchy, hence the double headed eagle) other ranks belt buckle. KuK stands for Kaiserlich und Koniglich, (Kaiser and king) meaning Imperial and Royal.

    Austrian Chimney sweeper´s also wearing new-made buckles like that ...
