First Imperial buckle

Was at a show a few weeks ago and saw this, was an impulse buy, but it seemed good. No markings on it anywhere though.

WWI German standard issue.
Nice piece. This is the first buckle Hitler would have worn, back then.

Hitler was in a Barvarian unit so I think he would have worn a Barvarian buckle like these but in steel.

Your buckle looks fine. A nice worn example. The one in the right corner shows the same buckle with it's finish. The one below it is a worn example like yours.
