Never gave it a thought that it is might be a fake. Vets son brought it and three others in to the Portland show for me to buy. I also got a Lion head, SA dagger and Dress Bayonet with NCO knot on the frog. It would be a first for me. Doug

I don't know about the Panzer Officer story, but the sabre looks straight to me. The eye stones may have been a special order, is all.
