German Navy NCO sword ? Fea market find

Found this sword today on a fea market i think it may be a Navy NCO sword but not 100% sure ,cant see a maker name on the sword ,any of you guys know anything more ? thank you for any help

Hi, What you have there is a sleeper!! Ergo a nice un cleaned and untouched sword that has not been around the dealers. The hilt has been knocked out of balance and the grip wrap is missing but these are relatively minor points. Unless you paid a high price, you have a very reasonable brass?? Army Officer's sword. The strap has nothing to do with the sword so I would separate them. The scabbard looks good but you have not shown the blade? If it is as good as the rest of the sword, you have a nice piece.
