Since Ortsgruppe is a political unit, could Ortsgruppenfuhrer be a different way of saying Ortsgruppenleiter? This could be an NSDAP presentation piece?

Here is the NSDAP structure, and a screenshot of the German tekst that simply says that "Ortsgruppenleiter" or sometime called "Ortsgruppenführer" is the same title.
Its the leader of a local area.
Freiherr von Bonninghausen (a nobel title that goes back a few hundred years) was a baron and its well worth a try to find out which of the family he was, as it was large and divided.
1 part Dutch nobilty and 1 part German nobilty.
