Very nice sword to say the least. My knowledge is not great on these items but I would think this sword to be quite rare and valuable. Could someone offer up some more info? Thanks in advance.

To be honest, and I don't purport to be any type of authority on swords, but the craftsmanship on this piece seems to be lacking from a maker like Puma, the etching on the cross guard and the eagle looks very poor, but I hope I'm wrong

It's ok Dave Puma did make an etched embelem on one of their Wermacht patterns,
I am quite fond the Puma maker who still make daggers to this day

Any idea when this sword was manufactured? I would think it would be extremely valuable. many thanks for showing a real beauty.
