From the pictures presented it looks like a very nice Eickhorn model#1670 Kriesmarine officers saber reflecting the 1935 - 1941 maker squirrel logo -looks like a private purchase as no control markings for either "N" Nordsee or "O" Ostsee are visible also no ordnance (eagle over M) also does not have the green/red eyes for fore/aft but that's not a must as not all KM sabers had them(cost extra).
