Kriegsmarine 2nd model Alcoso etched dagger with orange grip and portepee
Hi I have a kriegsmarine dagger that has a shiny copper or rose gold colour on the raised areas of the hammered scabbard and was wondering if this is ok, its an alcoso 2nd model and everything looks textbook, it has the alcoso pommel the diamond crossguard the sailing ship blade stamped correctly the correct scabbard bands and eyelets and the hammered rings, is this copper colour ok its not patina as it has a shiny metal look and its very fine around the raised edges of the hammerd pattern. your opinions would be much appreciated. thanks.

That's what I was hoping to see You have a very fine KM dagger by a scarce maker with orange grip and superb blade. It has everything a navy collector could wish for! Congratulations on this great piece.
