3 Kriegsmarine badges help

I have them for about two years, and want to know opinions about their originality, as I have personal doubts about them. I'am not a professional on the badges and awards area.

I don't like the Blockade runners badge.

The U Boat badge is a good Fredrich Orth IMO

And the 1st Pattern S boat

That would not be for me, details way too soft

Hi John,
I'm going to respectfully disagree with your opinion of the Orth U-Boot badge. From the quick research I've just done I believe the example above to be a fake badge. I base this upon the eagles head and the detail to the ribbon at the base of the wreath. These two features are consistent with known fakes and not at all like those found on original Orth badges. Let me know what you think?

The badge displays the die fault common to that maker. I believe it was for the catch positioning mark?
The pin catch is typical for those found on F.O. badges, but the wire catch is not (possibly replaced)

It does display the smaller tie bands, and smaller rudder, the only thing i was not sure about was the eagle. It has too much detail ! (its supposed to grimace)

That was my reasoning for saying it was ok. It needs to be weighed to be sure. But given that the other 2 are fake......you're probably right in your assumptions

Me too John!

Here is a quick comparison between the points I mentioned earlier.
The eagle's head is very obvious in the differences and you'll notice the ribbon on the wreath is more detailed on the fakes than on the original.
The circular mark on the reverse for locating the catch on those versions with vertical pins is reproduced on fakes too.
