Every 3rd Reich organization had some form of stickpin. The enameled piece is certainly legitimate.

IMO the one you show is a fake / copy, sorry. Quality expected is just not there.

What you show is indeed the RAD men's cap badge. Here is a few different RAD badges available, men & women.
