I agree, not even close.
The only accepted flatback types that I am aware of are the Gold and the Gold with Diamonds grades and this is definately either.
There are a couple of similar types "attributed" (definately not accepted) to S&L and RS (almost certainly post-war if actually by them) but this does not match those either.
As stated above that catch alone is a major red flag.
Don't even think about this one
