Cholm shield

checking the authenticity of this Cholm shield, worrying due to it not being triple-pronged, and the eagle has a hint of a 'helmet', am I wrong?

Yeah, a copy for sure. Based on the "long M" version which should have three prongs. Here is an original of that type.
You can see that the letters in the word "Cholm" and the date on the original are slightly thinner and finer than the copy. The most obvious thing is the over-emphasised feathers at the back of the head of the eagle on the copy giving the "helmet" effect.

Here you go. If you are looking for the typical flaw on the 3 o'clock arm, yes its there but difficult to get it clear as there is a spot of rust around it.
