    Thanks John. I can see the 11 o'clock flaw on photo 0403-0 when I increase the screen mag of my computer to 200%, it IS definitely there. Looking at photo 0403-1, I think that the bottom of the flaw in the vertical gravure line of the '9' is just visible, again under x200 mag. Irregardless, the 11 o'clock flaw is enough for me, I would say this is a good cross. The case looks o.k. from the limited parts visible, the catch, button, white carton strip rounded slightly in the corners, and pattern of the leatherette covering match the one I have exactly, it being a type III case as used on all Zimmermann and Klein DK's. The estimated price of £800-£1000 is a bit on pessimistic though, it's worth double that.

    Just to clarify what I mean about the bottom of the date flaw being just visible imo, here's an example of another Zimmermann with the same mark highlighted.

    Blimey you got better eyes than me that's for sure. I just could not see either flaws. still, i don't like the catch. but that's just me. Well done Ned

    It went for £1550, with commission works out just under 2k.....bargain? not really
