Thank Ade! So is it then fair to say that without this flaw on the 9 that the award is likely to be fake and if so does that apply to only the cloth version?

It should certainly be viewed with suspicion and yes, this only applies to the cloth versions of the DKiG.

Here is the example I bought about 8 years back for £30 as a replica, but I sold it about 5-6 years back as a real one (which it was) for £120, which was still a good price for the buyer. Sorry I don't have any decent pics of it.
