    Good luck! They're quite cheap and common compared to most of what's out there, so your search shouldn't be a long one!

    Hello,
    a bit late to the party but yes it is a nice original cross in an original case.
    B.B. Yours is a nice honest piece.

    As far as collecting crosses in different grades go the bronze and silver grade crosses only ever came in a paper envelope.

    In my research I have identified 84 different makers so far or at least 84 different makers identified on the envelopes and boxes.

    I still have a way to go to have an example of each

    Your Mutterkruez appears to be original. Don't forget to keep your eyes out for the mini version as well.

    Been on the lookout for at least one of those for a long time. They don't seem to turn up anywhere near as often as the full size crosses, and when they do they sell quickly.
