Luftwaffe ground assault badge. I believe this one to be original, but i'm not sure!

Original Arno Wallpach? Try a search for this maker on the forum, a few have been posted over time. You can compare them to this.

There are very good fakes from this variant, I don't say that yours is one of them, just that I don't recomend buying these makers badges. If you are a LGAB collector and want each makers than its fine, but if not, I would try to find another one from a more deirable maker like Juncker, Osang, RK etc.
This variant is the lowest quality, most probably late war product.

Thanks for the tip, I just got this one at a good price from a reputable dealer but that does'nt always mean the badge is original. As far as collecting I am just starting out and trying to find my main focus in a specific area.
