Fake 1914-1918 Ehrenkreuz (Hindenburg Cross)

I came upon this fake 1914-1918 Ehrenkreuz and thought you guys might like to see it, just for the sake of curiosity. It's quite obviously fake, apparently issuing from Eastern Europe, but it's interesting nonetheless that someone would fake such an extremely common medal.

I haven't seen those, but I know that the Chinese have been making very convincing fake coins for years now. Things like that are definitely a big threat.

I have never thought that someone would put an effort into faking the Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer. It is completely beyond my imagination how these horrible fakes could even pay off. It's a real shame. Nevertheless, thanks for sharing.
