Blimey! That's not the sort of thing that we want to see offered for sale! I wonder where they came from and if they actually are TR period?
Thank you for posting the image.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
I wonder if we can all put our money together to STOP IT???
So no one can stamp anything, one person gets a male, and
a different person gets a female..
Hooray someone could manage what i couldn't with my limited computer skills. I wouldn't term what appears to be a driver award as low key, examples in the sale being estimated at 4500 euros. I got onto the sale through another site, saleroom.com without having to register, but couldn't get a link. Have a look through all the items on offer. There are apparently a lot of items on offer whose dies apparently are also on sale in this lot of dies. What a happy co incidence.
Oh thank you Hermann Historica , for a bit of profit they are willing to ruin this hobby even more !!

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
I believe a lot of new badges and etc... will start appearing again.
Collecting will be ruined by this.
Cheers.

We ought to ask them kindly to pull this from auction...
That is terrible news. If those do get into the wrong hands. There will be another mass production of awards made from original dies .That sounds like the awards made in Austria in the 70-80 time frame. We better take some classes in metallurgy and carbon dating!!!!
The ONLY safe place is in a museum!!
Is there any way a museum can be contacted to make an offer?
