Can you get any closer pics please? There are many things I like, especially from the back but I'm not sure about the eagle. All the B&NL badges I've looked at seem to have a different head on the eagle and there is space between the lightening bolts, the ones above are joined, there is no gap between them.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
Does anyone else see problems with this badge?
As Adrian says, the lightning bolts appear joined which is something i've not seen before on an original badge. But then again, much of the rest, rivets, hardware etc., looks o.k., the 'hard' silver plating on the wreath is bang on, so it's a difficult call for me, best wait for other opinions before you go buying it I reckon.

The head of the eagle looks different from others I've compared to. Any thoughts on that?

Here are some more pics, from the owner of the badge
Much better. Thank you.
Apart from the lightening bolts I feel a bit more comfortable with it now.

O.K. Just had a quick mooch around and found this on WAF.
Tom Durante says it's good. What do you think? It appears the same, head, bolts and all.
Regards, Ned.
EDIT: Just realised it's the same badge as above!! But Tom still likes it...
