Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen - Real or Fake? - Help Needed!

Hello fellas
I have been offered this Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet War Badge ( Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen ) , but I have my doubts if its genuine. Please correct me if I am wrong. I will appreciate any comments and opinions.

You are right to be concerned, this is a very poor fake IMO. Here is mine as a comparison:

Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen - High Seas Fleet Badge

Note the lack of detail (everywhere!), the adler wings, the reverse catch, the edge of the wreath leaves.
