HI, better pics and more clear pics are needed. But IMO the back does not show the same wear and tear the front shows, not even close. Others should agree that the clasp assembly is not a typical Richard Simm & Son catch from pics that are shown. Can you give better, clear close ups???

OK, I stand corrected! Looks like a good peice! It is the correct clasp set-up for RS&S badge! Nice find.

I agree with Joe, nice badge and not the most common maker to find. Great addition.
