Fourth Reich Tankers Badge???

I went to a collectibles antique show today made some good purchases they will be posted were they belong in the right sections and then I came upon this . I was searching through a large box of assorted pins medals etc and found this tankers badge I do remember seeing one somewere years ago but cant find it again I am pretty shur it is a fantasy piece but I dont know what to even call it so it is hard to research it. There is an RZM number on it but now a days that dont mean a dam thing I have a buddy that got drunk and he now to has a RZM logo tattoo on his arm . everything in the box was five bucks a piece so I thought what the hell take a chance so here it is posted for your consideration any and all comments welcome.

You got a hell of a deal for 5 $! Super rare combo here: Heeres tradition hat skull, whats looks like a panzer sharpshooter award tank and an imperial looking wreath off something(?) to keep it together all rolled into one badge! 2 RZM marks, a screwback and probably enough lead to make an anchor for a cabin cruiser as an added bonus... Whow! How lucky can you get?
