Opinions please

I'd like to post my latest acquisition, the Gemeinsames Flugzeugfuhrer-Und Beobachter-Abzeichen. I am pretty confident after lots of searching and looking around the forum and other sources on the net that it is a genuine piece. Although I value the opinions of those with more expertise than myself.

I am thinking that it is an unmarked Steinhauer & Luck. Late war type, Zinc washed gold wreath with a silver eagle.

Any other opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been doing more study on this and find it difficult to identify the maker with any certainty. The reason for this is the little irregularity on the back of the left hand wing of the eagle. I have circled it in the attached picture and would welcome any opinions and suggestions on this. It has me baffled.

I keep looking on the net to confirm the authenticity and maker of this badge but still am having confusing results. Could anyone help me with this. I'm not being impatient just getting more and more confused. Any help would put my mind at ease.

Hello Wilko,
It is an overworked fake of the GWL P/O badge IMO.
The wreath is tombac as you will note from the soldered hardware. I think the blob you point out is a casting flaw.
