German badge fake??

Hi Guys, can you identify this badge please, and is it genuine?? it was given to me yesterday along with a bunch of stuff the week before.

Shame about the pin, can it be repaired?

it is a Berg & Nolte para badge. there are some differences from those I've seen before, but I never studied it in depth,so don't take my comment too seriously!
What I don't like is: The maker mark, the 2 rivets where the eagle is attached to the main badge body,the details on the eagle's head,the oak leaves (too wide).

it came with some allied buttons, pips, British tank reg badge and some other bits and bobs. It was given to me so cost nothing what pics of it would you like closer? And I'll try and get some better shots
