Re: German Medals good or bad?
I had a question yesterday about the technical terms of medals and other items:
is there a treath that explains every single part, like "hinge", "catch" and also about the figures on the front side.
An "helmet" and a "sword" will be recognized by the most of us but what is the exact name for the leave crown forming the edge of the Verwundetenabzeichen?

Re: German Medals good or bad?
There you go ! I tought the "hinge " was the red part including the needle!
Wouldnt it be good to open a treath, on thise matter? and show every detail of an item (medal, sword, cap etc...)
