i am have this medal but never see befor look to have clown face over swatiska between hourglass
your opinion what is this if anyone know this help me

I see no "clown face"........
This is not a medal, in fact not military at all.
It looks like part of a pocket watch fob to me.

ON THE FIRST PICTURE you see a look off clown face

on picture 2 you look the swatiska in center in hand is better all piece is small beads and the swatiska in center have beads diferente size and color and each side look 2 triangle joint bi point

I get what you mean.........

The proper name is "Rococo". Made up of flourishes and swirling bits.

( This is NOT a medal or anything military, but it may be sympathetic to the
Third Reich movement because of the swastika, and probably from that period. )
