Help with WWI/WWII Ribbon Bar

A friend of mine asked me for help in identifying the medals represented on this ribbon bar. I've nailed most of them down, but I still have a few questions...



From left to right:
WWI Iron Cross 2nd Class with WWII spange
THIS MEDAL IS A MYSTERY TO ME?!
WWI Austrian bravery medal with MYSTERY DEVICE?!
Hindenburg Cross with Swords
NSDAP Long Service Medal
NSDAP Long Service Medal... but why two?

I believe that the two long service ribbons are for the army. Recipients always wore two medals, except for those with four years of service. Different lengths of service above four years were signified thus:

Gilt eagle and silver eagle - 12 years
Two silver eagles - 18 years
Two gold eagles - 25 years
Two gold eagles, the first with a gold wreath - 40 years

I'm afraid I don't know what the second ribbon is, but I'm sure an expert will be along soon.
