Hollow Frontbann badge?

Hello gents,

What do you think about this Frontbann badge?

This badge seems to be hollow and unmarked. Since I know that known originals are marked 21 and 63.

Weitze offers a similar badge with broken pin.

Any ideas?

Hello Tyler,
I'm not convinced with these type of badges as I'm not sure whether they are supposed to be a miniature for wear in civilian clothes or they are supposed to be the award for all those who joined before the end of the year in '27.

My accepted honour badge would be the one with the closed safety pin on the back.
I have seen these both in hollow and solid form.

I've looked at this badge for sale in the past and I'm still not sure it is good.

I apologize if my response was unclear...I meant to say that the badge you've posted is one of the Miniature Versions, as mentioned in the Niemann Guide...In other words, Miniatures were indeed produced, likely in 16mm...

As stated above here, the badge is up for sale on a german site. Would you go ahead and buy this one?

I mean, Niemann is not a very trustworthy name anymore, at least from what I've heard.
