A badge for the womans assoiation, I think that is the best translation I can manage. A busy bodys club involved in charity work, work with young mothers etc, with the usual right wing outlook. If you google it you will get more detail, happy researching!

It is a good, original example.
The badge was worn by members of the National Socialist Womens League. Basically the organization taught women and girls the 'Nazi' way to conduct their lives, being a good mother and domestic goddess are just a couple of examples.
You can find many variations on this badge, different wording for sub organizations and different colour borders depending on the status or rank of the wearer.
