    So the next best thing we must do then, is to look for ww1 and earlier "tsar crosses." There must be a similar white russian etc order that looks like this out there.

    So just to bring this up the table a bit.
    Below is a new fake...So a Fake of a Fake.
    This one has the crude enamel of the one that I showed earlier with the screw back married up with the Munchen9 badge.
    Pretty easy to spot this really rough looking piece.

    Okay, i still have not given up finding a photo of this elusive don cross in wear.

    I found an interesting photo- but as you will all notice straight away- The quality is very poor. I am including this one here anyway.

    Hello trondk is absolutely correct in his assessment of the badge.
    It truly is a post wR reproduction of the don Cossack badge.

    Please read the post from the beginning and you will be able to identify an original badge.

    The badge that you show is just another Eastern European copy of an original badge
