Hi Chris,

this is a postwar fake known as the "popeye fake" due to the large and bulging eyeball on the eagle.

Probably produced by Staegemeir and discussed on other fora in the past.

Hi Chris , sorry but I agree completely with Martin that this is a fake , as pointed out ,the adler's head is a real giveaway. Leon.
