Krim and Kuban Shields

Hi,

Here is a Krim shield and Kuban shield both without the cloth backing. The Krim shield looks original to me but I am suspicious of the Kuban shield. The Kuban shield almost looks like it was spray painted and the finish looks different than an original I have in my collection. Any opinions about the authenticity of these two pieces is greatly appreciated.
