    Came across this Krim Shield with document. according to the person, these were brought by his father who served as an interrogator during and after wwii. I would appreciate any comments on the authenticity?

    Buy the item not the story. Shield is real, no idea on the award document, hucks is your man

    EK II, Krim shield, Ostmedaille and Infanterie Sturmabzeichen, all award documents are for $500. If the medals and documents are autnenticity, from what I can see around the Internet, that's a pretty good deal

    The shield is good as JB says. It's an example by the maker Karl Wurster (KWM).

    Again better pics of the doc would help. Signature appears to be a facsimile of Erich Von Manstein. Stewy

    Thank you very much for your comments. Got this in my hand yesterday. Just got to inspect it closely. She is a beauty! Looks like this was never attached to a uniform.

    According to the award document, the person awarded to was in Jager Regiment 105. I'm having trouble verifying if 105 was in Crimean campaign. Could someone point me in the correct direction?
