This may sound stupid but, from what I have read the clasp came in bronze and gold classes? how can you tell which one it is? or do I have it wrong...

They came in Bronze, silver and gold, bronze for 20 operations, Silver for 60 and gold for110.

Fairly scarce I would say

Do you mean that people in Toledo pay more than what the item is worth? Pilots badges are expensive items but don't pay any more than what they're worth or what you're happy to pay.

Hi Brianmc,

The Pilot badge is an original Deumer.
Did you notice that the pin is repaired where it is soldered to the hinge barrel?
It is always hard to price a repaired piece, but yours is a rare maker and I would think that 400-500€ would be about right.
