I'm sorry, despite the fuzzy photos, the badge is a fake. The eagle doesn't match known and accepted original badges from Berg & Nolte and nor does the hinge.

Agreed i'm afraid,the badge is indeed a fake.The hinge is not of the correct type and the casting to the swastika shows pitting which is a sign of a very poor quality item.The rear also shows pitting,this badge would never have made it passed quality control.
