Hello Jersey,

your badges eagle, looks like an Assmann eagle, like on my example, no other maker used an eagle like that, GWL, Juncker, Deumer etc had all different eagle. But Assmann badges have a rivets like on my example on every his tombak badges like pilot, observer, para etc. The hinge is also not correct for this maker so as the egale is also a bit different. I also don't think that Assmann made unmarked early badges, he usually marked them on the eagle or the wreath.
If does anyone know the link of Lorenzo Browns website please post it, it would be a good reference to Jersey he could see all the makers there, if not I will try to post you all the maker badges to compare.

Sounds like it could be wrong from what you say, shame as my friend virtually had a full house of original badges in his collection.
