Very soft details, its a fake Berg & Nolte pilot badge in my opinion.

I can only agree with Janos.It is a pilot badge fake of Berg & Nolte.Also the rivets looks bad.

It's a Pilots badge and not an Observer's badge so I changed the thread title for you. As the guys have already said, a fake badge.
Go to the sticky 'Useful Reference Thread' at the top of the main Orders and Decorations page, open it and go to 'Lorenzo Brown's homepage', click on the link and go to 'Luftwaffe', open that section and find the B&NL Pilots badge there and compare it to the above.
