In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig. CE
An excellent display, nicely done.

Thanks guys... it will look much different with matting etc.... as I said more pics to come.
One thing I might suggest - hope you don't mind - is to switch positions
of the certificate and the portrait. This way the man is looking 'into'
the frame instead of away from it.
Also - not sure if you want to do this - but the photo is not centered
on the paper. Trimming off the right side to equally match the other
will look a lot better, but may compromise the original sheet.........
Regards,
Steve.
Thanks... you are correct the picture would look much better on the left..
and that pic is of the general layout .. you wont see the edges etc.. today it was just set on a black matt.. much more work for them to do.
I knew there was a reason I was posting it here before they started working on it
Very Nice Lowboy! These are the kind of micro displays I like to see with edged weapons. Larry
It will make for a good display. Steve makes a good observation about the portrait too.
My own observation would be to keep the dagger and scabbard together in the display, not put the dagger inside the scabbard but display them together instead of on opposite sides of the layout.
The two belong together and should be displayed together and to keep it pleasing to the eye, at the same angle.
Not a criticism, just a personal thought.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
